AVC-R and incorrect speedo signal
Hello
a friend of mine installed his AVC-r and told me that the speedo on the AVC-R is 20% of!!
It lacks a 6 pulse signal. It has only a 4 or a 8 puls signal but not a 6 pulse. anybody who instaled the AVC-R and can confirm this? Rage or somebody else?

Yes, its true that the speedo is inacurate. But i never realy use the one on the avc-r anyway. The only thing i usualy monitor is boost and RPM. Its great to see your peak boost and RPM. Not sure about the pulse signals, but there is a manual on their website. I do know that the avc-r does work well on the 951 though . And i heard something about guru racing might be able to get the injector duty working. So i wouldnt let an inacurate speedo get in the way of having an avcr in your 951.
Take care,

We've got an inverter/switching circuit worked out to get the injector-duty cycle function to work as well. Real nifty to see a graph of your injector duty-cycle on a run, too bad it can't log more than 60-seconds.. more on this as we fine-tune the circuitry...

Ditto. I don't use the speed numbers on the AVC-R.
