Upper Spring Perch for Bilstein Strut 2.5"

Anyone know where I can get a couple of 2.5" upper spring perches? I am looking for ones that are flat on top. True Choice has them in their catalogue but are out of them.

I think <a href="http://www.paragon-products.com" target="_blank">Paragon Products</a> may have them. Do you have picture of the one you want? I've got a couple different styles laying around.
