88 Turbo S same as a 89 Turbo?
Been trying to find out more on this, and I think I am correct. If anyone knows where I can find a detailed list of what changes were done throughout the production of the 951s I would really appreciate learning about it. Thanks in advance to those who reply.

See the S2's Design 90 wheels to 951S? thread on main 924/944/968 forum. It went a bit off-topic and covers a lot of this...

Yea, but you can't get an 89 with that COOL bugundy plaid interior!!

There are subtle differences between the 88 TurboS and 89 - rear roll bar, OEM alarm, minor trim items, paint and interior finishes. Search Porsche 944 TurboS with GOOGLE and you will find a lot of information.
I recall that OEM spec is 250HP for the 88, and 247 for the 89.
I have a 88 TurboS and comparing to my friends 89 Turbo, there are a few items that are different. The differences could also be due to different markets - mine is a USA spec car (brought new into Canada with 35 miles) and his is a Canada model (no airbags for example).
