My factory window sticker says model 951.
There is no mention of 944 or 944 turbo.

Interesting, I thought the 951 was an internal number and that it was marketed as a 944 Turbo.

Might look under the box that says "Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price:"
The first line on mine shows:
M.Y. 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo 29500.00

And as a side note, it also shows Guards Red - not India Red!

Cheers,

PS: I keep wodering why they said it was M.Y. 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo. Everyone knows it's mine!

I don't really have a problem - I simply believe that all of your posts are sarcastic. Why do you change your name in mid-thread after receiving some answers? Further - I believe that tt 930 is yours. Only my opinions, of course.

This was not a joke, but a serious enquiry ; I really didn't know what a 951 was. I only changed my user name to what I thought it originally was (screwed up when I subscribed). I honestly don't know what you mean by sarcastic, either. And the 930 TT belongs to PorschePhD, just ask him.

Me too. I'll try to be more clear about what I mean in the future.
