I think you will find the answer to what type of replacement A arm is related to what you want to do with the car. Do a search under A arms, I got over 20 hits on the subject.
It isn't a hard job, the standard time for both sides is 1.7 hours. While you are there you might want to replace your tie-rods ends, and the back rubber bushing (the pressed bushing comes with the rebuilt/new control arm, the other doesn't).

It is very easy to remove them if you have a small jack and four jack stands. I sent mine to Dynamic European Technologies in Houston TX to have them rebuilt. The cost only $149. ea.
