You've already got a super-turbo-timer, except it's a much better design (from the factory).
There's a thermostatically controlled electric water pump than runs when the car is shutdown, pumping coolant thru the turbo for ~30sec. (if required).
Is your pump not working? If so, I'd still fix it before get some add-on.

i have a blitz one - simple, small, easy to use - cuz i have a non-water-cooled turbo (oil-only). even with a factory setup it's not a bad idea, cuz while the water pump moves water, it can still let oil sit in there and bake.
go to autocrafting (you're local / rochester) and mention i told you to go there. they have very reasonable prices, and did a great install for me in my cassette-holder thing (arm rest) so that it's hidden, yet easy to access. talk to Nok or Josh or Matt Porter, they know who i am pretty well now (that's where my engine/chassis swap is going down).
