ebay autothority chips 88-951
I just install some autothority chips I got from ebay. thus far the cars is noticabley smoother and a more substancial shove from behind at boost.
I remember reading somewhere that the chips normally come with a Banjo bolt and that there is another modification I should make to the injector cylcle valve.
If anyone has some info to help or can redirect me to the best source i would be more than appreciative

The banjo bolt they usually come with has a jet in it to restrict airflow and you would replace your stock banjo bolt on the intercooler pipe with the jetted one. You could also get a Lindsay Boost Enhancer from these guys Paragon Products to use instead of the jetted bolt. I think most people who have tried the boost enhancer prefer it to the jetted bolt.

Hmmmm.... without additional air-flow and boost, those chips should actually give you less power than stock because your air-fuel mixture will be way too rich and ignition way too retarded for stock boost levels. Perhaps you're feeling a placebo effect?

No Placebo effect here. I have a Ruf boost guage installed and now it reads a full 1.0psi instead of 0.8 at max boost. Even a friend said, and I too concur, he feels the preesure on his ears at full boost.
Thanks for the info I will check with Paragon.
I am afraid of not getting enough fuel. I was told that Autothority is the only chip that matches fuel with demand.
I modified my air box maybe that helped.
Thanks a lot
