Raceware Head Studs
I was told that the torque spec for Raceware head studs is less than factory head studs.
Is thas True? and if so, what is the recommended torque for Raceware head studs?

The specs are different because they use a finer thread-pitch than the standard 951 studs. I'd go with the torque recommended by the manufacturer...
What time are you guys getting started on Sun.? I may just head up there...

Good luck Danno!
Give us a update on how the reworked engine performs, I am interested in hearing if you can "feel" a difference with the head milled 0.040 in. and if it made a difference in the amount of boost you are using.

I recently installed Raceware studs in my engine, and yes they do have different torque specs. Defintly use the raceware spec, as their studs aren't the same design as the factory and are made of a different material. If I recall correctly the sequence is 35 lb-ft, 50 lb-ft, and 65 lb-ft on the final torque. Double check that with raceware though before you install them.
