Is it possible for us to just enjoy and comment directly on some pictures of an extremely rare and well developed 944 race car without introducing the 'drama' that seems to afflict so many of the threads on this board?

Here's the rest of the GTR pics I took. Pretty much the same angles. I"ll start a different thread with the 917 and 962 pics I took also some really rare 935 shots.

Everything about this car is an engineering exercise. I know of a GTR in So. Cal that has sat in a shop in a air bubble garage for 15+ years. I suspect that this may be that car. This is obviously a show car that for whatever reason has been buffed out and set aside as a trophy.
