I am just wondering if anybody besides me has had any problem ordering from PAP out of Georgia.
I have only ordered from them twice, but both times they screwed up the order. The first time they forgot to send me a hose, which I needed to complete my heater valve replacement and when I called them to ask them what was up they told me that I never orederd that hose (I did because i had a copy of the invoice sitting in front of me).The most recent time I ordered 2 door light sw. on Oct 1 and still on Oct 18 I didn't have parts. I called them up again and told me they were shipped out that day on Oct 1.When I finally received the package on Oct 22 the ship date from the post office said Oct 18. They never shipped it out to begin with on Oct 1.
I like these guys because they are inexpensive and normally have a lot in stock, but WOW what horrible cust. serv. and shipping.
Anybody else have a problem with them?
Or am I a loner on this one?

I once ordered new rear bumper pads for my 944. They send me the pads for a 924. When I realized their mistake I called them and was quoted more than their web price for the 944 pads I had originally ordered plus I would have to pay for shipping the 924 pads back.
I called back a week later and got someone more reasonable on the phone. That call left me with just the cost of return shipping for the wrong parts and they sent the correct parts.
I would have expected them to pay for the return shipping since it was their error but it was an inexpensive lesson learned.

PAP does have problems but I was able to work out the details with them. Their service is OK, not great, but much better than PartWerks.
If you think PAP is bad, you haven't tried PartWerks in Chicago. I had a post on this a few months back. The guy called me names on the phone and then hung up and wouldn't answer my calls after that! I had to get my credit card company involved to resolve the dispute and then they finally refunded the money they owed me. I've heard those guys have cheated people out of core charges as well as not delivering items at all.
For parts purchases, make sure you use a credit card. You have options and leverage when using a credit card that don't exist if you pay by any other means. The credit card company will help you bend those guys into shape.
Hope that helps.
