I have the car apart right now and cant get to the bias valve to replace it with the 928 valve I just got. Does anyone know a way to get at the valve??? Thanks for the help. PS already took off the fender liner. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" />

If your car has ABS then the valve is in the right front fender at the rear. You do need to remove the liner as you have done. It will be at the front of the unit and is pretty easy to change.
If you do not have ABS then the valve is on the master cylinder.
