So I want to add 4-5 mm spacers so that I can put my front bearing dust caps back on. Will I need longer studs for that, or will it work ok with stock studs? Would I have to remove the spacers for PCA DE's or AX/TT's?

You won't have to change out your studs to use that small of a spacer.

Got new sneakers mounted today... Hankook Ventus V12's in 225/45-17 and 255/40-17. Unfortunately also found out that one of the front wheels is bent. It was pretty obvious on the balancer, but it still balanced ok. Much more noticeable on the inside of the rim than the outside, and I'm surprised I can't feel it when driving. I guess I need to figure out the best local place to get a wheel straightened because I really do like these wheels!
