I'm seriously looking at a 944 Turbo in the Bellevue area and need a recommendation of a good, thorough & objective place to perform a PPI on the car.
I live a long ways from WA so would appreicate anyone's recommendations.

I think Park Place is up in that area, they should be OK for a PPI, off the top of my head I'm forgetting other dealers, but see if Barrier Porsche is nearby as well

Yes - Park Place and Barrier would be good alternatives for PPI's up here - could be somewhat expensive though.

Try Gerber Motorsports (206.352.6911). They are in Seattle - still quite close.

Call Monty, 425-376-2655 at Redmond European in Redmond, WA (right next to Bellevue). He's very good with 944/951s and reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere near Park Place (which is just an over-priced exotic car dealer) or Barrier Porsche, which usually has a long wait for service.

I agree with Tom. I would also consider Chris's German Auto and Squire's Autowerks. Both very good independent shops and I've used both thru the years. I would seriously consider not using ParkPlace or the dealer.
