help!!!
hey guys i need some help. Drove my car home this morning and i heard a bad metal grinding noise from the left front wheel. It sounded like I was dragging metal but I wasn't. All help is appreciated.

If I were you I would check my brake pads. If they are allowed to go past the pads, then the metal backing will etch itself into the rotor creating a horrible grinding sound, especially when braking.
Does it occur when braking or constantly while driving around?

EDIT: If it occurs all the time, I would vote for maybe the wheel bearings, but i'd check the pads first.
