Default Tial wastegate Springs go bad?

The setup is a 944 turbo, kokeln street turbo, tial 46, honed and polished intake, Link MAP AFM, 3 inch exhaust, welt chipset, webcam 274.

Tial Setup is line from chargepipe to side of tial with two springs installed. I believe Green ( hard to tell) and yellow. Problem is the car used to turn up 15 psi boost and now turns up 13 and comes on much higher rpm.

Rebuild turbo, rebuilt throttle body, billet diverter valve and i have pressure checked the system and fixed any small vaccum leaks. I sent the tial out because it was leaking alot of boost because the valve and stem was scorn. Tial took care of it and sent the unit back.

When i disconnect the line going to the tial and cap off the charge pipe the car will hit 20 psi boost real fast so i am thinking that the springs in the tial have gotten weak. I ordered a new set of springs ( green and yellow) and a MBC from lindsey racing.

Has anyone ever seen the tial springs get weak? Ideas?

thanks
