If you mix koni reds with koni yellows you get koni orange shocks.

you should gain about 15% more power from the seat of the pants no matter whats under the hood.

A cheaper way to increase hp by 7 is to add 4lbs of pressure to the left tires, which should be offset by a pinstripe on the right side. dont mix up your left and right here or you will loose 12hp by the seat of the pants.

I would really like an explanation of how this works. Not tying to be a smart ***, I am just curious.

Any way you could fill me in?

Thanks.

Red face

Hello, i am new to this discussion forum, and have enjoyed reading for a few meeks before registering. I dont know if this guy is trying to be funny but, Ihave worked on german cars,(mercedes, bmw, porsche) for almost 20 years for a living. I am ASE master and L1 certified. There is no way in hell ANY shock absorbers will add to the power output of any engine

People who post stuff like this are usually one of two kinds of people.
1. Just trying to get a rise out of everybody
2. Somebody who really does not know much about cars

They are usually #1 and it usually works!

I got about 5hp gain in the higher rpm's with my Koni yellows. But the biggest gains were from my stickers that I added, good for 15hp at 12psi above 5000rpm! See attached image as to where I applied the stickers :

If you exhale heavily during acceleration and have the sun roof tilted to about 75% you will create a jet effect and add at least 6 rhp (roof horse powers).

When I looked at your car you said the Koni yellows on your car were stock? Now you are saying you had them installed? Are Koni yellows even stock for an '87?
