Default AFR, Idle, all mess up!!!

Did the TB re-seal, re-new all vacum hoses, engine re-seal.........
I just did the idle adjustment, but interest thing was found:

- low idle around 800rpm (3rd line), the AFR reach 13.8-14 AFR
- Normal idle 840rpm (above 3rd line), the AFR is 12.5

No matter I re-set the throttle stop and re-position the TPS, the AFR is still 12.5at 840 rpm.

The vacum read 57 KPA at normal idle, is it too low? No idea is the AFR related to the vacum leak!?!?!?!?

One easy check for a vacuum leak is carb spray. Just spray it at any vacuum hose connection if the idle goes up you've found a leak!
