Was kicking around an idea - didn't know if there would be any interest or not. I am located on the northeast side of Atlanta about an hour from AMS and am planning on going to the Mille event on November 5th. If there are some listers coming in from out of town I was thinking we could do a pre-gathering at my house on Friday evening. There is a nice corporate hotel with walking distance (long walk) that folks could stay the night at and then we could caravan down south to AMS.

I'm in. As an ATL alum, I can assure everyone, it doesn't get much better than where Josh is for Atlanta hospitality. This event just keeps getting better.

Bump - The hotel I mentioned is the Wingate at 5800 Peachtree Ind Blvd in Norcross. Looks like rooms are available starting at $45.

Thanks for the info. I will be attending this event. Still trying to line up some drivers. I'm in the bar biz, not the best choice for a driver pool. Should be bringing about 6 944s, a boxster and a cayenne that is coming in on monday. I'll let you know my schedule and see if we can meet up. Might have a couple of guys from the ferrari club drive down.

My girlfriend and I will be staying at her sisters house, approx 20 minutes away from you in Roswell. A friday evening pre-gathering sounds like a lot of fun!

Well - I am an hour north of the event location and it looks like the gathering for the parade is from 7 to 11. I figure if we got down there around 9 that would work. I can check with Mitch though.

Hey guys, the Friday night party sounds great! We will be at the track all day Friday getting set up if anyone wants to come by. We are also looking for more volunteers, we have a bunch, we just need more! See you guys Friday!
