Hiccup under full power?
Question?
Experiencing a strong hiccup under full boost and acceleration at about 4K to 5.5K. Car cuts out for split second and resumes full power and boost. Ironically it seems to happen only in right hand turns. Track car with Huntley Mass Flow Sensor, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, Linsey Racing high volume fuel pump, adjustable boost and on and on. Fuel pump replaced recently with Linsey and using only 100+ octane unleaded fuel. Any suggestions as to what might be causing the hiccup.

Mine's not a turbo, but mine only did it in right turns also (I guess I never got hard on it in left turns)... but it felt like I hit the rev limiter at whatever RPM I was at, and then it would act normal again... A split-second loss of power. Was the TPS, pretty cheap too.

I had a similar problem. Only happened when fuel tank had a low level and I was going up a hill just after a hard right hand bend.
If there was plenty of fuel in the tank it was fine. I put it down to the fuel pump taking a lump of air?

Check the battery holddown. My battery was rocking around and bridging the electrodes on the hood, causing me to lose spark and have th engine hiccup like that.
