Definitely not a TO4E. From the ruler measurements, the diameter of the compressor housing is about 5", which would make it even smaller than a TO4B.

My guess, it's a T4/T3 hybrid of some sort. Good for 200rwhp.

Be careful where you buy turbos. I purchased a K27-8 many yrs. back. I ran it for approx. 7000-8000 miles. I was switching to a larger unit. Someone told me they had a buyer for my K27. I said "absolutely". Sold it for 1/2 what I paid. Got a call 2 months later. It blew up. Since I know the middle guy well (and hopefully even if I didn't) I told him I wanted to send the guys money back. I had purchased it from a very reputable place. Sometimes when the make hybrid turbos, not everything gets tightened right. Today, a state of the art turbo is pretty close to 2 grand.
