You want a small-diameter line with a stiff hose. The thin silicon hose a lot of people use are not appropriate because the hose will expand when the boost-controller sends pressure to the wastegate to dump boost. The wastegate will only open when the hose has stopped expanding, so you get a boost-spike. The proper hose to get is something with thick walls, like the original rubber hose. You want a hose that has at least a 3mm wall-thickness.

Does anyone have a list of all the vacuum hoses dimensions and lengths? I want to replace all of mine but don't want to have to buy a caliper and go to town measuring.

A good(read cheap) place to buy lines from would be nice too. Color doesn't matter, in fact black would be kinda nice.

Thanks for the info Danno, as I think a lot of people in here have or have considered the silicon after market lines.

I know the tubing that comes with the autometer boost guage is smaller than stock, not sure about ID vs. OD though.

So what would happen with a smaller dia. than stock line??? If you could even find that type of tubing

"I know the tubing that comes with the autometer boost guage is smaller than stock, not sure about ID vs. OD though."

A lot of the boost-gauges come with a hard plastic line like the KLR, but with a smaller 1.5mm ID. This just reduces the volume that has to flow before pressure-changes appear at the other end. Remember that a boost-gauge is a dead-end, there's no continous flow in the line.

Those popular thin silicone hoses are fine for the vacuum lines like the FPR, fuel-dampener, BOV and that funky rabbit-ear vavle. But you want to use a thicker hose for the wastegate. The stock rubber line coming out of the banjo-bolt at the intercooler pipe is about right. Here's a picture of our ReliaBoost controller installed:
