Default boost gauge under 1 Bar before starting

i always remember when you turn the key to the 2nd position before starting, the boost gauge being right on 1 BAR. lately it's at the next white line down from 1. is there an issue here or could it just be the gauge or something?

Where were you when this happened?

... course round here, lot of guys try to bend that needle around the stop, which could alter the calibration.
