Valve guide removal
For those who have done this at home what is the process you used?
I looked in the FSM and the steps are to use a spot facer bit to mill down the guide flush with the head, use a punch to loosen and press them the rest of the way out. Has anyone removed a guide without the spot facer and just pressed them out?
