Lart it doesn't get any better with customers of brick-and-mortar, non-eBay shops.

Three friends of mine own shops (one very well known in the 98x/99x community) and from the stories I've heard, income and ability to buy expensive parts does NOT equal intelligence or ability to decide ahead of time if the parts they ordered will work for their application. In other words, thinking that because your customer has a 951 over a 944 doesn't mean anything. He could be just as big of an idiot owning a 997 GT3 RS.

Even though it's "stating the obvious" - you should probably make sure to point out in your auction that these parts won't work with a stock airbox+AFM. And even after that, I wouldn't be surprised if you'll get people crying they don't fit. Part of doing business... and crap like this is what has scared me away from going into business myself with a few small ideas I've had over the years. I don't want to be responsible for other people's stupidity.

I needed a set but bought a set of Lindseys for more money. Forget dropping the price, turn back the clock and I'll be really impressed.

BTW, what did the buyer write. We all want to know if we should laugh at him even more.

due to a popular demand, most of the guys here know that I am a ESL person obviously I have my difficulties with my English grammar, but the style in which he wrote the message it does look like a punk kid not the PCA member he portraits to be

find funny that u spread my name on pca forum witch im member in reensport region i own a real 951S the fact is that its never said in ur ad description that i need a maf or anayyhing else talk with me if u want to solve this the smart way i have but ur stuuf not to bitch likr a kid i put neutral feed back but i can wright on pca club too !!! So try to help instead of acting stupid . If i can change ur feed back ill do si if u act like adult . I dont have original air box but no maf i have original trottle body so what i need to keep these pipe for later instal is a maf is thus right?

Rennsport is the PCA region of North East Ontario and Quebec. That's pretty typical francophone writing in English. My French is probably that bad unless I'm paying attention.

That said, he does kind of come off like an 'internet has no consequences for me' type who didn't do his research.

Anyway, here's the Rennlist Rennsport region forum, if you want to stir the pot until Bob Rouleau rains thunder down upon you: https://rennlist.com/forums/rennspor...-francais-154/
