Post Braking problem

Hey guys, When i start braking a hear a clicking sound coming from the front of the car where the breaks are. The clicking sound slows down when I slow down. Any ideas?

Jack the car up and pop off the wheel on the side where the sound is coming. Hard to tell what it might be, but inspect the rotor and then the pads -- removing the caliper is only 2 bolts if needed.

Spose it could be a cracked rotor, but that's probably just a fear left over from my VW days.
