The reason I'd never enjoy owning a super-low mileage car is because simply driving it destroys the very thing that makes it "special".
Although maybe I could install one of those fancy flux-capacitor based odometer switches...

I agree with Marks comments. Plus, half the fun with these cars is modifying them. I would feel guilty adding aftermarket parts to a car with 20K on it. Plus, age is till against you on many of the rubber parts (vacuum lines, etc) no matter how many miles are on the car.
