Post advice on front splitter, side skirts / rockers

who makes the front splitter on bob howard's 951?

i also found this one

which appears to be from gt-racing.

i'd really like a carbon-fiber one (light weight, resilliant, plus i'd like to do it up as a show-piece too, and leave it clear-coated CF as an accent) - any ideas where to get something like that?? i found this web page from promax, http://www.supportnet.freewire.co.uk/autoporsche/splitter.htm - looks to be about what i want, but they don't even have an email address and i'd prefer to not have to order something that large and ship it from europe ($$$).

i'd love pics of cars w/ splitters, where to get various ones, suggestions and experiences!

also, what about sideskirts / rocker panels? mine have developed some rust spots and i'd like to take care of that. I like the ones on this car:

i don't like that hood scoop and the more i look at it i think i want a simpler bumper, but those side skirts look nice, and i like the fact that they taper up toward the rear - nothing worse imo than some 951s i've seen with a very aggressive front end, and sides, but stock rear panels, where the front's so much lower, etc...

anyway, suggestions would be great, i need to order this stuff and get the car painted asap!

thanks in advance!!

Here's a pic of my 951 with splitter.
It's from a Swedish company, but I think A.I.R in the US makes a similar one.

Stated a positive improvement. For what that's worth. Most people have it for the same reason I bought it, looks. Kinda' silly, actually but I still bought it.

Hey Duke - what are the ride heights on your car?

Can you give it to me in MM from a level surface to the door sill, front and rear, or from the center of the wheels to the top of the arches, or from the ground to a particular suspension reference point?

I like the overall appearance of your car and am thinking of raising mine a tad...

But it's actually too low, I have a lot of trouble with using it on ordinary roads.

yeah duke, i've always admired the looks of your car!

LSU, your car is the sole reason i'm probably gonna get the GT-Racing one, what a beautiful example! I also like the fact that it extends back in place of that rubber thing, esp. cuz my stock one's cracked in two.

thx everyone!!
