Removing for repair, couple of quick questions..
1) Comes out the top, or out the bottom? Looks like I could pull it out the top (after removing the studs/ metal [coolant?] hose..)
2) Anything else need to be removed in order to get it out? (I know, need to remove the exhaust studs..anything else?)
3) Reuse the existing thin metal heatshields (after repairing)? Thermal coat? Header Wrap?
Thanks

1) I only remove stud #1. And can wiggle the headers out then.
2) Stud #1, and it helps to loosen the passenger side motor mount and jack the engine up a little at the oil pan. Also - remove the 6 bolts holding the headers to the collector.
3) I'd leave the thin heat shield stuff OFF, and coat it or wrap it. That's just my opinion though.
