For a week I've tried to get info on a certain product. Have sent out e-mails,pm's.......nothing! Thats bad. The "other guy" gets back to me within 24 hrs. Customer service goes along way. A person might pay a little more for same parts because of this, learn a lesson on how to run a business!! And if you have a thought I might be speaking of you....I probrably am.
