Well I know that I probably need a new headlight relay becuase I've been having trouble with my lights going up/down, but now my parking lights are on and they won't turn off! Is there anything I can do short of pulling the power? Maybe I can take out the relay or something if it's easy to find? Any ideas? TIA

Just went to my car to check the fuse box:
Relay G4 = Indicator lights
Relay G11 = Foglights
Relay G12 = Driving lights
Hope that helps.

Are the parking lights on on both sides? If not, it could just be that you left the turn signal on. When the car is turned off, the turn signals stay illuminated. (some European parking requirement)
Hope that's all it is.
On a possibly related note, a couple of days ago, I got in the car, turned on the lights and noticed that the fog lights only worked when the parking lights were on. When I turned on the headlights, the fog lights went out. Thinking that I have a slightly older car, and that maybe the switch had broken, I was looking forward to spending some money. As it turned out, I somehow turned on the high beams when I got out of the car, and the fog lights go off when the high beams go on.
Hope that's all it is.

The front side lights were on, and the rear parking lights. Turning my parking lights on added one more light on each side up front. Blinker wasn't on.
