The shop wanted $200 to put in a new Fuel Pressure Regulator. Pelican has it for $91 and it is just a few minutes to put it in. I wasn't happy. I asked if I could order the part and bring it in. They said they wouldn't install it as they needed to guarantee anything they put on. (They wanted $150 for the part plus the labor to install for a grand total of about $200.) They were kind enough to compromise and let me put one on and will continue testing after that issue has been resolved.

Cool. Its hard to find a shop that will use customer supplied parts.

Report back from the shop is that they tightened up some hoses going into the intake. They had me change out the Fuel Pressure Regulator. At this point, it is running about "80%" better. There are some carbon buildups and the recommendation is the run a couple of tanks of premium gas with some fuel cleaner and that should take care of the rest of it.

I haven't picked the car up yet. I assume they are referring to injector cleaner. Any recommendation on what I need to get?

Any recommendation
Go up 10w on the Oil, add 'Seafoam' to the gas, availible at NAPA, and check the Idle Stabilization Valve again.

Entire fuel/ignition system was just checked by the shop including the Idle Stabilization Valve. I just filled up with Premium and added a can of Seafoam to the gas.
