Glad to hear you got them working!

Give the new pads & rotors a few hundred miles to bed in and see how they feel. It's also worth pointing out that ceramic pads have higher operating temps, so they aren't going to be all that aggressive until they are hot. Old-school organic pads usually feel pretty good much sooner after install and at lower temps, but the newer/harder materials including carbon-metallic or ceramic compound pads take more time to break in.
