wow you guys are being closed minded... my roommate has a 97 nissan maxima with the apexi ws (world-sport) exhaust and a custom y-pipe. it sounds very respectable (nothing "fart" or "rice" about it). his car is extremely well setup (he's in CSP for autoX and typically is within the top 3, and if he went back from 235 to 225 width tires and dropped to STS he'd win every single event. anyway my point is, Apexi isn't rice, in fact, with the exception of the "Dunk" and the "N1" (which don't belong on most of the cars they are slapped onto) they are a very respectable brand.
heck look now many people here are using AVC-Rs?

The tip is flush with the bumper. I looks like it sticks out because the tip is short and the muffler body appears large. If you noticed that the length of the stock exhaust from the tip end to the muffler body is about a foot, the muffler is well deep into the underside. If that muffler was in the same spot as the stock, would look like he didn't even have one, and the underside would probably catch fire if the exhaust was shooting flames. My tip is flush with the bumper rubber pad, and I noticed that the rubber has melted/burnt.
