I already have the 3" downpipe that his cat back will be mated to. I picked the oval muffler because I was excited about getting it and told Tim to send whatever he had in stock, which happened to be the oval muffler one. Tim told me the oval was a little louder than the round one as well.

Hate to tell you guys this but after a few heat cycles above 600F the front end section will be brown.

This may not apply directly to the turbo cars, but I just installed the SFR 2.5-in. cat-back system on my car (with the round muffler; I was told it was quieter), and it weighs 20 lb., a savings of about 15 lb. over the stock system.
Workmanship is incredible; it fit without any modification. Flange is very thick...looks like a half-inch! Nice deep sound too, but the worst resonance is at about 3500 rpm, which is right at freeway cruising speed. Hope to put the car on a dyno to see what it makes.

We now have resonated tips available again. These help quiet down the exhaust systems for those that want a stealthy system that still flows well. Unfortunately though, these are only available in a round tip. They also add another $100 to the price of the exhaust. We can also add a V-band clamp assembly (instead of using the slip fit) to any of our exhaust systems for $125.
