Oil cooler replacement lines

what are the lengths of hoses used? Replacing my oil cooler lines has been the "next project" for a while now and it's becoming more and more imperative. I just want to make sure I have everything I need ready before I dig in... hose lengths is all I still need to know.
thanks

Yeah, I know... all the oil that's weeping out of them and getting all over the place is depressing to look at Just wanted to see if I could not look under the car until I'm fixing it...
... I'll just get some string and suck it up... sigh...

Right now I need someone to be the guinea pig for these lines, I have already tried the hoses in a car and they fit with no issues, but the cooler and hoses where all attached together with the oil filter housing. What I would like is for someone to give me feedback with installation from scratch to see if there is any other issues that I might have overlooked.
This set is the first one and I wont be able to have more until 2 weeks when all the fittings and adapters that I have ordered are delivered. So because this is the test development unit (still new) I will let it go for the obscene price of $ 224.99 plus $ 10.00 shipping anywhere to the CONUSA.

What are the specs for that Setrab adapter? I.e., what's the size of the two ends? Also, where does one find these?
Reno, did you run AN12 or 10? Methinks 12 isn't necessary....

The lines arrived today - they look great! They are MUCH fatter than I thought just seeing the pictures, quite impressive.
One question... Is there a special type of wrench I should use on these AN fittings to avoid marring them? I've got these to install along with a set of LR fuel lines.

I got the new oil cooler lines installed this weekend. The install was relatively straight-forward, but as with any oil cooler line replacement, the inner fender liner needs to come out so that you can access everything. I pulled the oil cooler and disconnected the old lines, installed the new adapter fittings, and re-fitted the oil cooler loosely while I attached the lines to test for fitment.
The actual line install went fine, but it took some tweeking to get things lined up and routed properly. I had to move the PS cooler line mount tab down a little (see first pics 2-5) and leave one of the bolts out so that the bracket could be left in place but not interfere with the 90° AN fitting at the top of the oil cooler. I tried routing that line both above or below the lower radiator hose connection, but going around on the low side made the line too short and the sharp turn would kink it. Going above the radiator connection was the only option, so not only did I move that mount bracket, I also bent the bracket outboard a bit to provide enough clearance.
The lower line installed ok, but I think it could be 1-2" shorter OR have a 90° elbow at the bottom connection too. I fitted the radiator hose temporarily to make sure it all fit into that crowded space, and it seems like it will work just fine as-is, but I may cut an inch or two off the line so that it's a straighter shot.
It's worth noting that I don't have the PS pump mounted at this time, but there appears to be more than enough clearance in that space... heck, I think the alternator would fit down there no problem .
Overall, I really like the results. The lines look great, and I know they will last longer than the factory lines, and they will be easier to repair if they ever do spring a leak.
Thanks Lart!
