Bryan,

All 944 Climate controls had the degrees in Celsius so that is not an indicator. Really the best way (if not the only) is by the VIN number.

This is correct. The 4th 5th and 6th characters of ALL cars produced for anywhere other than the US is Z Z Z. (eg. WPOZZZ95ZGNxxxxxx)

Are you sure that this is correct. I know my car is a euroipean. And it has ZZZ in the VIN.

Canadian Cars Porsche 944 Turbos have the serial number WPOAC2

There is no ZZZ in our serial numbers.

US cars seem to have WPOAA
