I have a very funny idea. With everyone running test-pipes there must be a lot of good cats lying around that get used once a year (or once every 2 years in some states). My idea is to start a registry to allow those with cats to rent them out (for a small service fee)in order to pass emissions. While shipping may be expensive, this may work in the more populated 951 areas where the cats can be picked up. What does everyone think? I love the idea of "beating the system."

why wouldn't the folks who use test pipes just keep their old cats and put them on for testing? it's what everybody that i know who has a test pipe does.

Some cats are marginally effective after so many years. This would save the effort of swapping pipes only to fail.
