i just searched for how to get to the light tunnels to resurface them in order to make the guages brighter. i have dual airbags and am curious if this can be done without taking the strring wheel off. does the entire guage cluster have to come out? last time i almost got it out, but it was caught on my 911 c2 looking steering wheel
Any ideas?

You do need to remove the steering wheel, the airbag clock spring and the black plastic plate that is right behind the wheel to get the cluster out. My airbag wheel was real easy to remove, just be careful not to let the clock spring turn while it is removed. I would think it's alot easier to remove the cluster than to try and fix it in the dash.
