Question oil pressure issue?

After driving the car for about 20-30 mins., the oil pressure gauge will slowly drop and settle at 1.5 bar or so. Occasionally the light will come on.

This all followed a front end seal. We've performed the following while troubleshooting: replaced the sender, replaced the over pressure valve in the oil cooler housing, confirmed that there is good oil pressure regardless of gauge position.

Any idea what else could be causing this?

Thanks,
Daniel

If I am not mistaken the oil pump runs of the front crank via pressure from the main bolt. If this bolt is not fully torqued the pump may slip and produce low/no pressure. Can anyone else back me up on this?

Checked the torque and it is good. The problem seems to be temperature driven. It doesn't happen until the engine is good and warm (20-30 mins.). Shut the engine off for 5 min and pressure indicates 4+ until several minutes later when it begins to drop again.

Could it be electrical?
