OPUS951

I have been using this board for a while, but this is my first post. First of all, you guys are great, so much information is available here.
I purchased my '87 951 last year,one local owner, 80k,with a blown clutch. Replaced clutch using
info available here,(pretty big job, very time consuming when done in the driveway!).
Next I felt the need for more power, so after reading here I ordered a set of GURU chips. Danno was very helpful troughout my shopping, and send my kit promptly.
I got the kit on thursday and installed it on saturday AM. one word: WOW!!! the best 2 hours I spend on my car, what a difference <img border="0" alt="[burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />
Danno knows his stuff! Install was very easy and direct (can't wait to get my MAP kit now!).
Again thanks a lot to all of you for all the infos.

Yay! Back in the day when the 951 came out in stock form they were fast.
But when chipped these car reacted so well everyone was astounded how much more power they got.
I think Porsche held back on the 951 so it wouldn't over shadow the 930. I mean a 4cyl. giving a 930 a whopping.
