Rear intake manifold support bracket won't line up..ideas?
In the final stages of assembly of a turbo swap / headgasket job.
As part of the work, I pulled the rear manifold support bracket so I could R&R the AOS seals etc. Now, I as test fit the manifold back on, the aft holes on the bracket don't align. I put in the manifold bolts and the bracket holes are off. No, it's not hitting on the turbo, etc.
Can't remember if the bracket has a loose fitting holes on the bottom to allow you to slide / adjust to fit the manifold.
Manifold looks like it's sitting a bit high..like the bracket is high.
Suggestions?
TIA!

Yep, best to leave it slightly loose until you bolt up the manifold to it, then tighten the mounting bolts at the bottom. If memory serves you can get to them from below without removing other parts.
