968 mirrors
Anyone know where I could get a set of 968 external mirrors? Preferably black, but I'd be willing to repaint them. Any online parts places sell them?

Got mine from Porsche factory customer center at Zuffenhausen.Porsche web pages (german ones)Has contact information.Delivery via UPS,TNT etc.

968.net often has used ones in the classifieds - generally around $300 per set. New sets are available from your local Porsche dealer - cost varies depending on discounts offered. Installation procedure and Porsche kit numbers can be found here...

Keith: Just read through your 968 mirror installation procedure. A solid effort. Thank you for doing so.
I am also shopping for 968 mirrors, and the only set I found on 968.net are at an asking price of $425! Did you sell you spare set on 968.net or elsewhere?

Sorry guys, I dropped a hint in a previous post about having a spare set and a fellow Rennlister (TaboII) snapped them up. I had no idea they were going for so much now. I originally paid $300 for the set and I got them from a guy on 968.net.
Thanks for the comment on the procedure. I have just about completed the one for the 968 Door Handle upgrade as well. Just need to check on the actual part names that Porsche uses and I'll be ready to post. Look for it sometime in the next few days (hopefully by the end of the weekend)!
