WTB: Harness Bar

Hey..just wondering what's the best harness bar for a decent price. Also, is it better for bolt in or wrap around?

Please note that this is a GUIDE BAR. Do not attach your harness to it. It is meant only to get the proper harness angle through the back of the seat from your floor or other solid mounting position.
