Exclamation Wastegate rusted to dump pipe......

AHHHHGGG!!
I'm trying to shim my wastegate, but after removing all the rusted on bolts with liquid wrench and some sweat I discover that my dump pipe does'nt need bolts to hold it on at all!
Any tricks of those who have already done this??
I've tried more liquid wrench and beating on it with a hammer.

A trick that work good for me on rusted parts is to heat up the part with a propane torch and when it get real hot, spray the part with liquid wrench,to give the part a fast tempature change and the liquid wrench penetrats and you unbolt it or hammer it off.Try to do this as fast as posible.
Do not be suprised to see the liquid go up in smoke... that what you want to see.Spray it good.
It always works for me.Hope this help a bit.
