Default cylinder head help?

So I am planning on rebuilding the cylinder head. Planning to increase power to hit the track once in a while but at the same time a daily car. Any suggestions on valves, springs ect. Or should I just buy a rebuilt/used one and if so what do you suggest. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

I had a 3 angle valve job done, had the intake ports cleaned up (light port and polish) and polished the inside of the turbo intake housing. Added with a 3 bar FPR, it made for a very noticeable gain. Also if the shop working on your head tells you it needs valve guide seals and/or valve guides, make sure to price them out yourself, or they might add a big mark up to the price.

You can get the valve stem seals from Paragon products or any Porsche parts place. Make sure they are for the turbo. If you don't red-line the car all the time, the springs should be OK but they can be checked at the shop. I use a local machine shop and have the head pressure checked, valve ground and the surface touch up to insure it is flat and true. That will make better compression and the car will run better.
