Post Odd things happening with my boost.....

I'm not sure if anyting is going wrong or if my boost gague is just giving my funny readings but every time I shift on keep accelerating at WOT the needle on the boost gague just bonces around. The car seems to be pulling well so I don't think I'm bleeding off boost. I just wanted to throw a post up here to see what you guys think....

It does it in every gear after the gearchange....(well I don't know about 4th to 5th I didn't have the car going that quickly)....

Any thoughs?

My guess is the recirculation valve (i.e. blow off valve, but not really). Try sucking on the vac. line routed to the top of the valve and if you can suck any air through it, it is breached and you'll need to replace it. I did mine with the updated 993 type valve (cost $33 at Paragon) and been very happy (17 PSI peak boost).
