I don't know of such a system. Besides, why would you want to run air lines into your car, when you can use a pressure transducer and wires? It's inherently more reliable than having air lines running around.

yeah, there is such a thing called an isolator. It uses a plate on your firewall that the fuel-line mounts to. Then I guess the fuel-pressure pushes on a diaphram of some sort, which then pushes on the hydraulic circuit on the inside of the car. This then drives the gauge display. Pretty complicated if you ask me, just go for the electronic fuel-pressure gauge. You can get one for less than $100 in those links I listed above.

Here's a couple photots of my new electric Autometer fuel pressure gauge. The first pic shows the pressure transducer mounted to the end of the fuel rail. The second pic shows the new fuel pressure gauge in the center console, next to my boost gauge and manual boost controller. Sorry about the glare...can't see the gauge very well.
