My 87 & a buddy's Pearl White 86 sustained hail damage and broken windshield's in the storm last Wednesday. Garage was full of 928s &I was putting shocks &steering rack on the 86. Five large pines on my property line came down just missing my out building full of parts, but took down the power lines for the whole neighborhood. I count my blessing though. We came thru what was left of Ringold, GA on way back from Road Atlanta. Some friends down for the race from Virginia informed me that Glade Springs was hard hit, including the Petros Truck Stop that we eat at on the way to VIR. No one I know was hurt or killed; insurance will fix the cars.

My parents are in the same boat as you, they are in Alabama. Right now they are without power, hotwater, and are having to wait in long lines for gas. But they were really lucky, their house is still there while neighborhoods around them are gone.

 

glad your OK, I heard it has been really bad back there.

 

Sparkyman, I hope they weren't in Tuscaloosa. I got customers down there I can't get in touch with. Whole town almost gone.
