PLEASE HELP sequence for setting idle
does anyone know if teh idle stablizer valve needs to be plugged in before or after the idle speed is being set with the screw on top of teh throttle body.
I was told you do it in this order:
1. unplug the idle stabilizer under rail 3 (i think it was three)
2. Set the idle to 900 wth the screw on top of the throttle body
3. shut the car off and plug the idle stabilizer back in..
is that correct? is the idle supposed to be set higher? i'm still having probs with the tach bouncing from 1000 to 1300 and am trying to track it down.
