Thumbs up New Garrett GT Turbos

Check out Garrett's new line of Turbos. My buddy with the Supra said these offer the best spool-up on the market. Check out the compressor maps in the catalog. Much improved over the old Garrett turbos:

Here's a company that's using one in a Supra:

Check out the dyno graphs. Crazy power curves(especially the last one):

FYI...My friend with the Supra talked to the guy that owns that car, he said the loadless dyno didn't allow the turbo to spool-up as early as if the car was on the street.

The catalog lists Tial as a distrubutor for 911 and 944 applications.
I imagine Turbonetics will too.

Sign me up for a GT35... or a GT37 will do!<g>

I wonder if these turbos will be a direct fit with the header/crossover pipe speedforce racing is going to sell?Im pretty sure that technodyne has a similar type adapter for fitting garrett turbos.

I have one of these turbos on my car, Technodyne has been using them for quite a while. There is another post regarding the GT BB turbo's in this forum.

Thanks Paul, I found the posts. It looks like the archives from 2002 are back as well. Woo hoo!
